Processing purposes

• Account creation, profile and the dining-matching service itself
• Age estimation and identity verification, for platform safety
• Location, to show nearby restaurants and tables
• Events, reservations and in-app chat
• Payments and subscriptions
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention
• Analytics and marketing — only with your consent

Legal basis

• Performance of a contract, for the core service
• Your consent, for biometrics, location and non-essential cookies
• Legitimate interest, for platform security
• Legal obligation, where the law requires it

Data recipients

Infrastructure and service providers acting as processors: Supabase, Vercel, Amazon Web Services, DiDit, Google, Apple, Meta, Twilio, Mercado Pago, RevenueCat, hCaptcha, Groq and ipapi.co. Full list and purpose of each in the Privacy Policy.

International data transfers

Data is transferred to, and processed in, the United States by the providers above, on the basis of necessity for performance of the contract and their standard contractual safeguards.

Data retention period

Kept while your account is active. Deleted immediately from our database when you delete your account; backup copies are purged within 30 days and are not used for anything in the meantime.
